Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar energy solutions.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess customer energy needs and recommend customised solar packages.
  • Deliver engaging presentations outlining cost savings, environmental benefits and government incentives.
  • Create tailored proposals including system designs, pricing structures and financing options.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches highlighting our solar solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalise sales contracts, ensuring a seamless prospect‑to‑client transition.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Promote the company referral programme to drive word‑of‑mouth growth.
  • Provide weekly updates to Hong Kong headquarters on leads and applications.
  • Deliver outstanding after‑sales support, resolving any solar‑panel or rooftop issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
  • Proven sales experience; background in renewable energy, power T&D or automation is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills; self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Choose working location: Johor Bahru / Ayer Keroh (Melaka) / Bukit Bintang (Kuala Lumpur).
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driving licence.
