- Domestic Solar ATAP approval depends on connection phase; single-phase systems are usually planned around 5 kWAC, while three-phase systems may go up to 15 kWAC before additional technical checks.
- SuRIA Home may provide eligible domestic Solar ATAP customers a one-time rebate of RM600/kWac up to RM3,000, subject to quota, commissioning deadline, and official terms.
- Non-domestic export credit should be reviewed against Average SMP before quotation, because SMP changes with market settlement periods.

Straight answers to the questions homeowners ask first.
What should I prepare for a solar assessment?
Have a recent TNB bill, your property type and roof photos ready. The team will also ask when you use most electricity. An on-site survey is needed before final design and quotation.
Can these project photos tell me how much I will save?
No. Photos show installation work, not measured financial results. Your savings depend on consumption, daylight use, roof conditions, system design and the tariff that applies to you.
Do I need a battery?
A battery is a separate design decision. Discuss your evening use, backup expectations and budget with the team; a battery is not automatically needed for every solar installation.
Where can I check current solar policies?
Our policy guide links to official sources. Eligibility, tariffs and offer terms can change, so confirm the applicable terms before committing to an installation.
