Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and deliver grid‑connected solar PV systems for commercial rooftops, industrial sites, and solar farms.
• Prepare detailed electrical designs, single‑line diagrams, panel schedules, and connection drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct site surveys plus structural and electrical assessments to ensure feasibility and compliance with MS, IEC, and NEC standards.
• Perform DC/AC electrical calculations and solar energy‑production analyses to optimise system efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Provide technical support throughout installation, commissioning, and performance‑monitoring phases.
• Produce technical documentation, proposals, and reports for project management and client presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar PV system design and engineering (strong fresh graduates welcomed).
• Proficiency in CAD software and solar simulation tools.
• Knowledge of power‑electronic systems across low, medium, and high voltages.
• Familiarity with solar‑industry standards and certifications (SEDA GCPV is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for site assessments and project supervision.
